What Expression number 3 means
Expression 3 comes from a full birth name totalling 30, 39, 48, 57, 66, 75, 84, 93, 102 or 111, and one of those rungs catches people out constantly. A name totalling 66 does not stop at 33. It reduces to 12 and then to 3, because the master rule watches the running total and has no interest in whether the digits happen to repeat.
