Gemini and Leo, in brief
Two signs, one sextile, and a shared appetite for an audience. Gemini wants the conversation and Leo wants the room, which turns out to be a workable division of labour more often than not.
The sextile is sixty degrees, the aspect tradition calls friendly but not automatic. Sustained attention is where the two settings diverge. Leo's love language is constancy: same warmth, same volume, every day, and any dip reads as withdrawal. Gemini's attention is real but it moves, and it comes back. As friends

The remark that Gemini forgot within the hour is still active in Leo three days later, and when it surfaces Gemini is honestly baffled, which reads to Leo as a second insult stacked on the first.
The other one is about decisions. Fixed signs regard a settled plan as settled; mutable signs regard it as the current draft. Gemini renegotiating the holiday, the flat, the guest list, lands on Leo as disrespect rather than flexibility. Leo then digs in, refusing to reopen something that clearly needs reopening, and the argument stops being about the plan at all. None of this is destiny.
